A cotton fiber processing factory that produces 100% cotton carded and combed coarse yarn of the ring spinning system.

The factory is equipped with the latest textile equipment from world famous manufacturers: Trutzschler, Rieter, Vouk, Zinser, Grossenhainer, Volkmann, SSM, Savio, Murata. Production facilities allow to produce up to 16.5 tons of harsh yarn per day. The range of yarn numbers is from Ne 12 (Nm 20) to Ne 40 (Nm 68). Reed and twisting machines from Volkmann, SSM allow you to produce yarn with a certain twist and a given number of additions.

Strict quality control of the yarn is carried out during the entire production cycle. Products at every stage of production, from raw materials to finished yarn, are tested on USTER devices in an accredited laboratory of the enterprise.
