Dyeing production

This is the youngest link in the production chain. Dyeing equipment with a total production capacity of 7.0 tons of dyed fabrics and canvases per day has been installed here.

This factory has installed auxiliary equipment for the final finishing of terry fabrics and knitted fabrics, in which the process of steaming, drying and smoothing them is carried out in order to obtain high-quality dyed fabrics and canvases. Here, the products acquire an attractive appearance, softness and hygroscopicity.

At the request of the customer, the terry cloth can be passed through a shearing machine to turn it into a soft, smooth velour. The technology available at the enterprise allows you to set the required pile height on the fabric surface.
